- Stock Loss Control: Adhere to stock loss controls in-store to minimize shrinkage and maximize profitability.
- Drive Sales: Identify and seize opportunities to boost turnover, enhancing overall sales performance.
- Maintain Housekeeping: Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment to optimize sales.
- Create an Inspiring Environment: Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both customers and staff.
- Store Management: Assist in managing all aspects of the store, including daily operations and staff coordination.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively balance and prioritize tasks.
- Delegate Tasks: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth store operations.

- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle products.
